How I Use My Agenda Essentials

My planner is not just a place to fill up space, it's a system.

A way to stay organized, intentional, and feel slightly ahead of my life.

Over time i have learned its not about filling every square, it is about creating a rhythm for your life that reflects how you live.

Of course, there are essentials; meetings, appointments, birthdays, dentist, doctor, hair & flights, these anchor my month. They give structure to my schedule & make sure nothing gets missed.

What really makes my agenda feel personal and elevated, is how I use icon stickers to layer things throughout my week.

The Agenda Essentials Set

The paw icon. This is my favorite, it brings my attention from my busy life and back to my furry friend. I use it for Coco's vet & grooming appointments; as well as a reminder, a different kind of meeting, a playdate.

The stars, designed in a deep jewel tone burgundy; rich, important and impossible to ignore but in the most elegant way. I use them for deadlines, launches, and anything that requires awareness a head of time. Not just what's happening but what's coming.

The thumbtacks are easily my most used; if I'm being honest my next sheet will absolutely have more.

They are a soft pale blue; clean, calm and functional. I use them to mark what is completed a head of time or scheduled. Social media posts, blog uploads, notes for a meeting; they give me a visual affirmation of being prepared.

There is something satisfying in seeing those tiny tacks build up, it's tracked progress.

Then there are the arrows. I use them everywhere, they guide my process; from notes to meetings and track my travel. They act as elegant rescheduling icons and help shift my schedule without making it looked fixed.

What I have learned is that your planner should work for you not the other way around. The Agenda Essential Set was designed to work for you.

There is no perfect way to organize your life. There's only the way that supports you, reflects you, and makes things feel more focused.
